Virtual EMDR and Talk Therapy
EMDR Intensive
Do traditional weekly therapy sessions feel too slow for the results you need? EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) Intensives offer a powerful solution for rapid, effective transformation and relief from distressing symptoms.
EMDR Intensives are structured therapy sessions that typically last several hours. Unlike traditional 1-hour therapy sessions, which may spread out over weeks or months, EMDR Intensives offer a more immersive experience, allowing you to take a deeper dive into your healing journey without interruption.
Because of the powerful healing effect of EMDR therapy, Intensives can produce faster results than weekly sessions using standard talk-therapy techniques.
